1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using MKL-Fitout's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
MKL-Fitout provides interior design, fit-out, custom woodwork, and renovation services for residential and commercial properties in the UAE. Our services include but are not limited to: custom joinery, kitchen design, bedroom fit-outs, bathroom renovations, office interiors, restaurant fit-outs, and 3D design visualization.
3. Project Terms and Conditions
All projects require a detailed scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate. Changes to the approved design or scope may result in additional charges. Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. MKL-Fitout reserves the right to retain ownership of design concepts until full payment is received.
4. Quality and Warranties
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from project completion. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to external factors are not covered.
5. Limitation of Liability
MKL-Fitout's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and intellectual property created by MKL-Fitout remain our property until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Client information is kept confidential and used solely for project execution and communication purposes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in the Emirate of Ajman, UAE.
